–First, choose a proper place with adequate room, flat ground and good for drainage. Pile the chicken manure or life garbage and other raw materials 
prepared for making fertilizer on the selected ground in strips. Width of the pile should equal to the stirring width of the equipment. Generally, ten thousand tons of fertilizer production requires for space of five to six mu.
–Second, adding the biological fermentation agent or strain to the well-piled chicken manure. One kilogram biological fermentation is needed for per ton of raw materials. We have adequate storage of quality strain to meet your requirements.
–Third, using the professional self-propelled compost turner to mix and stir the chicken manure, straw and fermentation agent uniformly. After stirring, three to five hours time can reach the purpose of deodorization, and the temperature can reach 50℃ in 16 hours. Stirring again to enhance oxygen while the temperature arrives at 60-65℃. Remember starting to stir the pile each time the inner temperature of the compost is up to 60-65℃ so as to achieve uniform fermentation, aeration, and cooling effects.
–Fourth, generally the whole fertilizer forming process needs 7 to 10 days. After that, your own organic fertilizer is formed.
