Introduction of Rotary Drum Cooling Machine
Our rotary drum cooling machine is regularly used to cool fertilizers with a certain temperature and granularity in compound fertilizer production lines. The inlet temperature of materials generally is 60 °~ 80°, the outlet temperature is less than 40°. It is always used in combination with the drying machine to greatly increase cooling speed, improve the cooling rate and product quality, and further remove the water and reduce fertilizer particle temperature.

Working Principle of Fertilizer Rotary Drum Cooling Machine
As a kind of heating exchange equipment, fertilizer rotary cooling machine is utilized cool gas to cool hot materials. Meanwhile, cooling equipment is able to make full use of the exhaust heat, thus improving the thermal efficiency of a kiln. It is composed by the evaporator, condenser, compressor, an expansion valve, fan and the housing. When it is normally working, the evaporator absorbs heat from the outside world and condenser emit heat outwardly, under the action of fan, moist air enters from the left air inlet and takes heat exchange through the evaporator, and then its temperature decreases; when the humid air reaches the dew point temperature, moisture is precipitated due to condensation, the absolute moisture content of the humid air declines, while its temperature would raise when through the condenser for heat exchanging again, so as to achieve the purpose of insulation and dehumidification.

Precautions
When stop the machine, please first stop the heat flow and then stop cold flow. If maintenance is needed, please sweep up the media within the tube the shell in accordance with the sweeping line procedure, and repair it when the device body temperature to lower to the permissive point.
