3. Double Roller Granulator-Model DZJ-1.5
After mixing process, the mix is transported to double roller extrusion granulator for shaping into the fertilizer form prior to drying.
Adopting normal temperature production technology, double roller extrusion granulator machine is a one-step forming machine that produces compound fertilizer granules. It is especially applicable to small scale fertilizer production line.

4. Fertilizer Screening Machine-Model ZJ 1240
After being granulated, the extruded granular NPK fertilizer is screened to remove oversize material or any fines or dust associated with the fertilizer. The oversized fertilizers are returned to the crusher machine for further processing. The dust is similarly returned to the mix and added to the first mixer in the process. By recovery of said by products there is no waste from this process.
