The reason why we call this line as dry type or non-drying compound fertilizer production line is because roll extrusion technology is adopted. In granulation process, double roller extrusion granulator machine is used, therefore, the moisture content of raw materials should be under 6% and no need adding water in the whole granulation procedure. That is the special character of Extrusion Technology.

1. No-dust Cage Mill-Model WLF650
No-dust cage mill, also called no-dust urea crusher, is a fertilizer crusher machine that used for crushing of hard materials, like urea, MAP, DAP, etc. It uses belt conveyor to send compound fertilizer materials to cage mill. And then the materials are sent to cyclone type dust collector, so that dust problem is solved. It is an inevitable part in small scale NPK fertilizer production.

2. Horizontal Fertilizer Mixer-Model WJ-700
Chemical fertilizer components should be at a certain mixing ratio. Horizontal mixer is specially designed to mix N, P, K elements and other chemical elements in NPK compound fertilizer production process.

3. Double Roller Granulator-Model DZJ-1.5
After mixing process, the mix is transported to double roller extrusion granulator for shaping into the fertilizer form prior to drying.
Adopting normal temperature production technology, double roller extrusion granulator machine is a one-step forming machine that produces compound fertilizer granules. It is especially applicable to small scale fertilizer production line.

4. Fertilizer Screening Machine-Model ZJ 1240
After being granulated, the extruded granular NPK fertilizer is screened to remove oversize material or any fines or dust associated with the fertilizer. The oversized fertilizers are returned to the crusher machine for further processing. The dust is similarly returned to the mix and added to the first mixer in the process. By recovery of said by products there is no waste from this process.
