About Rotary Drum Fertilizer Granulator
Rotary drum fertilizer granulator is one of the critical machines in compound fertilizer production line. It is applied to cold,hot granulation and quantity production of high,medium or low concentration compound blending fertilizer. The granulating method is rolling round fertilizer particles in wet granulation. With water or vapour added, the original fertilizer in rotary drum are blended uniformly and become humid, during this process, the fertilizer reacts and by way of the liquid environment and rotation in drum, the fertilizer particles squeeze each other and roll into fertilizer particles.The formed fertilizer particles are of 3-4mm.

Why Our Rotary Drum Fertilizer Granulator
1.Polyethylene plastic plates are fixed in inner drum to prevent sticking and protect drum from corrosion.
2.Drum is placed obliquely in brackets which is made of robust carbon steel plates and channel beam.
3.Inside the drum wall is shoveling plates for easy granulating and cleaning.

Rotary Drum Fertilizer Granulator Reasonable Structure
–Granulator bracket. The whole rotating part which bears large force is supported by bracket, therefore it adopts medium carbon steel plates,channel beam material which are welded and satisfies strict quality standard.
–Drive part. The gear frame is welded of high quality channel beam. The main motor in gear frame and reduction gears are both ISO National Free-inspection Product. Motor drives belt sheave,trianguler belt and reduction gears and offers power to granulator.
–Large gears. Fixed on granulator and meshes with small transmission gears to drive the whole machine working in the opposite direction. High-tech wear-resisting materials extends granulator service life.
–Rolling belt. Fasten on both sides of granulator for supporting.
