The heavy-duty compost turner is of innovative design.It is eqipped with crawler track unit, tractor model with an operator cabin,a steel drum with strong paddles which can turn rapidly for work. The paddles rotate to blend,crush and move compost windrow.It is more fit to manure fertilizer fermentation.
Compost Turner Role in Bio-organic Fertilizer Fermentation
Bio-organic fertilizer production can be divided into two phases:accelerated fermentation and maturing stage.In the first phase,the solutable organics turn some organics to inorganics by oxidation and release energy so that it can offer energy for micro-organism activities, therefore, organism can normally grow and reproduce and creat high temperature, which is called thermophilic waterlogged compost. During this stage,compost should accumulate enough oxygen that microorganism needs, that’s why we need compost turners to turn, loose and ventilate compost windrow to introduce oxygen. As compost turner moves through the windrow, oxygen is injected by paddle rotating, and waste gases produced by bacterial decomposition are vented. The oxygen feeds the aerobic bacteria, speeds composting process and eusures good quality fertilizer.
